October 17th Weekly Update
Welcome back, everyone! We hope your fall break was full of fun and relaxation. Getting back to the grind can be a challenge, but the students seem to be settling in nicely. It’s hard to believe we are starting our second nine-week grading period.
Here is what is in store for this week:
Math – Division - Two, three, four digit quotients with remainders
TEST next week
Practice math/division facts at home with an app on a tablet or phone, flashcards, or websites. Students know how to access my Symbaloo page on my website for resources. Students should know multiplication and division facts with fluency.
Science – Chapter 3 Lesson 1 Animal Adaptations
Quiz Friday morning
Social Studies – Early explorers. The students have been assigned an explorer to research with a group. Each group is creating a keynote which will be presented on Thursday. All work will be done at school. No test this week.
